From January to May, the comprehensive energy consumption of the refinery decreased by 2.3% year-on-year, and the water consumption of the refinery decreased by 10% year-on-year, reaching a relatively good level in the same period of history.
It adheres to the optimization of the entire system. Liaoyang Petrochemical has established a rapid response mechanism throughout the chain, formed a cross-professional optimization team composed of departments such as planning, production and technology, and implemented dynamic control over the key indicators of 79 main devices. It also tracks the marginal contribution of products in real time, optimizes and adjusts production, and promotes the maximization of overall benefits. By establishing a product benefit ranking model, it timely adjusts the yield of gasoline and diesel, and the output of high-octane gasoline has steadily increased.
Liaoyang Petrochemical has optimized the operation mode of the aromatics plant, developed multi-ring aromatic hydrocarbon conversion technology, shortened the process flow, and significantly increased the monthly output. Among them, the conversion rate of multi-ring aromatic hydrocarbons is greater than 50%, the selectivity of target products is greater than 85%, and the product purity is stable at over 99.9%, with quality indicators superior to industry standards. It has established an energy efficiency management system of "daily tracking, weekly analysis and monthly assessment", and through optimizing the operation mode of heating furnaces, the average thermal efficiency of the 43 operating heating furnaces has reached 93% while reducing the flue gas temperature. Through implementing condensate water recovery and circulating water system transformation, it has strengthened the reuse of industrial water. From January to May, the total water saved exceeded 500,000 tons.
